same value on nasdaq listing, page-30

I know this is a very naive question as I am not a sophisticated investor, but could they be likely to have a share consolidation prior to the NASDAQ listing, which would reduce my already small holding? They could still then say they are converting on a 1:1 basis at the time of listing couldn't they?
