    Could have to do with the Gazonor acquisition...announced 2 jan...that was around $40million euro from memory and was associated with a the issue of convertible notes at $1.20 and 5% coupon (more than paid for by the revenue from Gazonor). Not completely sure though...sorry, haven't got time to look into it at the moment...sorry.
