Wouldn't the SS announcement give you the answer?
I haven't got the link, just search for when they ann their $22.5m(?) going to Altura.
They have to justify to the big amount to their investors.
Something about high-quality pure spod, excellent management, dependability of supply, blah blah.
Much better than asking faceless hc contributors (no offense, @muppet655 just speaking generally)
