They indicated that they got an offer at 'a premium' to just A$330 for 49% or a 'premium to' A$200M for 30%. The fact they used MC rather than EV (ie. market cap + borrowings) indicates that the offers were very low and may not have passed that mark. It's clear they couldn't find a buyer willing to pay anywhere near the equivalent of what ALB paid for even their last tranche of Wodgina - in my books that means they couldn't find a buyer.
