It is both illegal to cook the books and for directors to run an insolvent company.
IMO they knew in advance about the company's position in relation to having incorrect mine data but they still went ahead with the capital raising, and they even put out some spin on good grades from recent drilling to get investors who were still on the fence to invest and screw them over. That's the issue I have with the directors and the board.
