10 times nothing is not much.
TAS is an illiquid stock ATM.
I believe this is because a lot of people (like myself) are sitting at a much higher ave and there is not much point selling it.
The volume traded in the two days before the halt was not that large or out of the ordinary.
I can only go on what you have written
