HI BUMS,
I have always thought Elk are not in a rush for the co2/jv for grieve(i am in a rush )lol.

Elk seem to have much bigger plans in place than Grieve with the gas plays as they are more concern to them.

As Wickerman has said with $85 pb they used for the NVP of 305 mill for grieve & @ $130 pb atm your looking at 500 to 600 mill NVP for grieve.
But Elks main concern is chasing gas plays .WHY?
My take is that once they hit a major gas pocket you
could be talking multi.multi millions,billions???Then they have much of there surrounding land to speculate ,who knows
This could shadow grieve IMO if the cards fall there way.
The directors certainly think so....or theres a huge chance.
The current report shows us there very busy, but its not the news we wanted.....being conservative makes Elk more appealing & the odds are getting better.....would like to
see the sp up a bit more realistic....thems the brakes..
