GXY is going to swallow Alita whole. This is the beginning of an effective TO, in my view.
Bald Hill is a good asset but it costs money to make money, and Alita don't have any money and the market is in the dumps.
GXY's tentacles are wrapped around Bald Hill now. I think this moves shows hunger. It's both a precaution and ambitious, and to be honest probably the only move that made any sense at this point.
