    Great work as always @nequalsone,

    However, Ethopia does not seem to be the ideal location from a construction standpoint, as the local contractors appear to be underwhelming, with plenty of issues in the contruction phase. (Look at the "ladder" against the right Aspiral container!)
    The Mekelle University Ayder Hospital site is still undergoing construction/installation, and I believe the Aspiral L3's were delivered around 12 months ago.
    Hopefully any new work is completed by a decent engineering firm or we will need to send the Chinese over.
