Just remember 'stayhere' OEL has got proven reserves. And are very close to producing (albeit not high volume) in more than one province. Most of OEL's tenemants are easy and low cost exploration and there is BIG potential in Argentina, and that is onshore as well.
KAR has great potential, but no proven reserves. Big risk, high reward, but maybe no reward.
Which is better value right now? It's a matter of opinion.
