I agree. Since the seller has been happy re-loading at current levels, the identity of a buyer should not make them more or less happy to continue selling. Therefore I would be disappointed if the buyback pushed the price up meaningfully. The reason is this would mean the company wasn't being patient and careful with our finite capital.
