If they provide more gas to the power industry, and get more power accessible, they may be able to start providing power to alot more of the 38m inhabitants.
Running electricity would improve their lives 1000 fold I reckon.
Here's hoping they're using their cheap gas wisely and have enough to invest in infrastructure!
