Have I stated anywhere that there should be no offers to Sophs or Intos? No! I hold a 708. My position is retail should in most cases get a chance to participate in CR's. Its generally poor financial management that lead to the need for "urgent" CR's
So you hold a 708, but are worried about the little guy, well good for you. I don't like to see people loose money either, however investing is a game of winners and losers. Smart retail investors, eventually get a 708, or go sideways or worse!

Your theory was never correct. The SP was already up 300% since June and the coffers are nearly empty with a $1,000,000 repayment still a distinct possibility. The decision to raise is correct. We just now wait and see if it is also fair!
My Theory was to take a few weeks for Silver to rise, and do a CR at a higher price?
Maybe if you hold a 708, you should send it to the company so you get included on the mail out of term sheets etc??
Then you would be as up to speed as I am!
