I have done no research on the company that I’m going to work for therefore I do not know that they are about to go into liquidation.”

Or “I run a fund which focuses on buying assets that are under priced in the market. I can see this company is going to go into liquidation so I’m going to buy 50 million shares from Macquarie, Just before it goes into liquidation.”

Totally makes sense Doesn’t it.

I do agree that money must be tight now. And I’m not sure what the plan will be. But I cannot imagine the above two things happening if the company was about to go into liquidation.
