I dont think anyone knows when the downtrend will end. Its due for a green day or 2 but that would not necessarily indicate a shift in trend. There is support at the $12.85 mark, the 200EMA and possible support at the gap fill line. I think that there is a bit of support at the $13.15 level as well.
Below the gap fill I would say the high 11s has solid support but I can't see it getting there without any negative news.
The investor strategy day next month could send the price higher if they reveal any price sensitive strategic plans.
