Looks to me like AFR with their clickbait hype decided to paragraphse with their own words.
AFR morphed "As the senior secured creditor Galaxy can work directly with all stakeholders to examine the best possible reorganisation options." into "Simon Hay said buying the debt off a consortium led by Tribeca Investment Partners only improved Galaxy's positioning ahead of any carve- up of Alita's assets."
