If it was me, I would go all in on this crop to be successful.
Eg I would throw extra water, retic, fertilizer, etc. To get this over the line.
If they spend say an extra 500k; a large company like CLI can absorb this, to make the 30-40 mill revenue.
Its critical this company meets the lab tests and yields in agreements on this crop, which then leads to future deals and agreements and funds to expand, word of mouth and goodwill/reputation will mean a lot for next season, it will validate the real time technology and create more interest/demand for it. And then forward contracts will be a safer bet next year. As will expanding into larger acreages next year.
