Hello all,
Anybody heard if there have been any disclosure of the proposed 2% foreign ownership tax on QLD buildings.
APW owns 2 x QLD assets, the Spring Hill asset and felix st. I don't know the site value for Spring Hill, but Felix is:
10 Felix - $14,500,000 = $290,000 foreign ownership tax
Thats pretty material an increase on an asset that struggled to get rented already...
Be curious if they provide the market an update or just ignore it till next mid year update.
