From the AFR today.
'Among the company’s incentives to resume trading is a condition attached to $40 million worth of medium term notes issued in 2018.The notes pay holders three-month BBSW plus 525 basis points quarterly but if the company does not trade on the ASX for more than five days the rate is hiked 200bps.'
