Ball is seen by the Courts as a total goose that no-one would believe. But the denial blogs have been backing him like he's been some genius. If you've believed the denial camp it is absolutely clear that the Court would say not only were you deceived, but you've been deceived by such a poor argument that any reasonable person would see through it.

... I don't mean to be insulting with that last comment. But it is clear that if you take denial blogs' content at face value, and don't look under the hood somewhat, you are likely going to get taken for a ride.
