But yeah totally agree, I've been on the last few public Anns/investor calls and they will not give up customers (which to be fair, no Retailer does, nor should they), but knowing that each Council itself is multi-site, this is absolutely proving their strategy slide ... build systems to serve many many NMIs, get customers, firm over the top... build relationships with orgs that have actual sustainability goals.
This company is moving ahead in leaps and bounds after the last few Anns compared to its competitors (e.g. Simply, Tango), very impressed
