Good report. The Aus banking division really let them down. Just imagine if the Aus division earned the same revenue as last year....profit would have been huge!
I think they have the right level of staff in the other regions. If the Aus divison doesn't grow or get back to what it was last year then they will need to trim it down.
Well done management for the decent recovery for the last couple of years! kudos!
