Agree. This is Visa starting to date APT before they propose and get married. It is a typical of many large acquisitions.... Start up some type of strategic partnership so the acquirer can assess the business and, more importantly, the people.

Visa will gain valuable insights from this project. It would have been formed by their M&A group as APT would have been on something to keep an eye on.

Good luck to all. I hope the acquisition doesn’t come for a few years as even a 25% premium on todays price is too cheap.
