If S/H's think EAR is fairly valued @ 33c then what is CMM worth 70mill more without a plant + slightly higher Gold reserves by 70koz
but lower cut-off .3g/t Vs .6 to .8g/t + lower grade ore 1g/t Vs 1.7gt

My interpretation of the Ann is that by the end of Sept if the Yes votes isnt 90% then the whole thing falls over, end of story.

where in the process can/would the offer of 33c be increased?
