Agree, while we all want the sp at 10c right now we need to consider that selling an asset for a reasonable amount now isn't easy as the buyers may need to raise capital or take on a bank draft which in the current uncertain climate is difficult to achieve. The gypsum licence should be easier to obtain unless there are some environmental or traditional land owner requirements to be met. Any Horse Well deals will come when either BHP or one of the others feel the time is right. Priority for CHK is to obtain the 80% JV mark, that is the only thing that really counts as otherwise CHK is just a minor partner at the negotiation table.
Our pay day will come, whether in time for the oppies needs to be seen. Holding a lot of them, I hope we get them in the money before expiry in April.
