"Why wouldn't he wait until the JORC which we are told is before the end of July. A good number would boost the SP significantly and he would get a lot more than $1.87 each.
He still has plenty of time to purchase the options at 40c.
Maybe I am missing something as it doesn't make sense ... unless the JORC is disappointing or delayed. "
Perhaps selling the shares DIRECTLY after the jorc announcement could be regarded as insider trading?
