I have got to admire you.
I agree it seems a crazy move to bring this case forward to save money and risk the much greater amount of money already spent and possibly lose ground made over 6 months.
Do you think that the info/offer in this latest ann may have been there for quite some time..but WC had to secure PIF support before OCV making the offer...etc. What do you think?
Unwinding step by step only when the previous solution is in place..OR as we fear here the impact of a wrong move can ruin it all.

but I think the parties have made their decisions with all the facts before them and unless I come across info {or several Hundred million} that they may not already have...I wont phone.
I wish there was someone with that kind of info out there.
A reward to anyone with helpful input that saves the Co.
Otherwise I will have to trust the legal process because OCV has had a lot of time..imo.
Their timeline agenda has been arranged for some time,to my way of thinking.
Do you think that OCV has been waiting for other things to pan out legally...ie the ownership question of shares, or the CS S8 court proceedings..August? etc? There must be many forces interacting still.
LLA has gone very quiet.
NAB has been patient..which must be an informed sign of faith.
Does any one know anything about these type of legal actions and if details are made public?
