FAR wouldn’t have been a problem for them?
I would say that from your perspective, FAR isn’t the problem but the other 2 involved seem to have been very sloppy (one would think a Big Fish and a Medium Fish would be a bit more switched on considering that their legal teams would be bigger than all the employees of the minnow?)?
