I don't think the company is doing charity and re-warding share holders with cheap shares...........at least not for the moment...........these latest announcements in my opinion are for shareholders to be enticed to take up the SPP...........Sophisticated and institutional investors would not be interested at this stage......me thinks.......Hence, was not offered to them.........
