EPS: VOL and SRV both reports 33c in FY19
Ocupancy %: VOL = 93%, SRV 72%
Profit Margin: VOL = 29%, SRV 9.5%
Guidance FY20: VOL to grow another 8 locations, SRV expect EPS to be stable.
Market Valuation: SRV ($490.6mil) = 5.23 times VOL ($93.67mil)
At the current price, obviously there is not much room for error when putting money in VOL. My own analysis to show VOL NPBT to increase by 50%.
All above just my own analysis, by no mean a financial advice but just to show peer comparison.
