    Hey Jen, I thought that the Company Secretary was a man (John Lemon) - you were talking to to the Company Secretary weren't you?

    Regarding qualifications of UCL directors - they might be impressive, but why do they need seven? Maybe that's one reason why their quarterly spend on admin is $500k?
