As l posted over 6 months ago, talk of dist yield at that time was irrelevant once dist cancelled.
NTA talk is irrelevant until losses on CRE book are revealed and sale price of RE known - first thing to be lost is equity and current price reflects that likely equity will end up at zero, but 50 cents is possible if a white knight arrives, so it is a gamble pure and simple which makes sense provided that one spreads risk amongst a number of similar situations.
Number crunching on this one merely produces RSI of the finger !
