Well, it's a start, and it explains the modest uptick this morning. But the proof of the pudding, as they say, will be in the shareholder's vote (which I strongly suspect will be overwhelmingly in favour), followed by - with a little luck - the SML.
Very much hoping that this comes off - a strong surge in the value of my (small) holdings will help pay off my new car.(Somewhat amusingly, given the marketing blurb for Peak, it's a Tesla Model 3.)
