noone has converted anything. this is just stating that more options have been issued. the first lot can be converted in November 2019.
i cant work out why more options have been issued, all of the employee incentive options were supposedly issued on the 22/1/2019 (refer to the ann on that date). maybe they missed a group and had to issue another 2,600,000 options??
