I don't see how they are pulling the rug out by putting two directors onto a board of four or five. I see that as an infinitely better proposition than continuing on with the current board ALL of whom have ties to JD/FAS.

If you are not happy with a takeover offer from PMM then don't accept it, simple. Its not like they can get 90% compulsory takeover threshold anyway with FAS in the way.
