I think it's a mistake to watch every trade and come up with theories about "dumpers". If you've done your homework there's absolutely no need to hover over every small movement in the sp. After all, we're here for multi-bag re-rates aren't we? Well, I am anyway. I don't care if it drops to 15c except I'd be tempted to double down.

The best time to accumulate is when no-one wants them and you are sure the story is sound. Like now IMO.
