They have chosen equity because they know they can make a killing from the market. What is disappointing is why did they issue this parting gift at end of month rather than early next week??? Isnt the conversion price 90% of the lowest price for the month.
Well it looks like Lind are now gone and face value of debt will be under 9million by end of September QTR.
