    By jumping in first to VA process by A40 BOD would quarantee themself a 3 to 6 monthly pay cheque.(may not get a cent if purged out by GXY)
    They are sucking every dollar out of the company in the expense and interest of the shareholders.
    For MC means another $2 m in the pocket, stuff A40 and its shareholders.
    Greed at its best.
