In the EU with the CE mark then one has to approach each country to try and get government approved funding. This is a multi-year process and full of traps. As we know the NHS in the UK are rather tight with new processes. Without reimbursement, the potential market is significantly smaller.

The big win will be the FDA due the massive reimbursement available in the US. If the major insurers allow the procedure then IMO, the US is really the only game in town.

OSL have already thought and planned for eventual sales in Europe with the appointment of the reimbursement consultant late last year.
