BUY: The sp provided Mr. Market offers a material buy compared to the cr p it's the way I'm leaning... with a greedy idea about taking a bit IF a new low puts itself out there, but no FOMO for me.
HOLD: It's the way my sentiment is going. News flow provides little tangible direction for me. I don't know if it's poor PR OR, there's nothing of value to report.
SELL: There's the FOMO. It's September though.
At this point in RGS's trek it's a hold.
