That’s not bad drbrugger the tax regime over here is CGT 20% (give or take some small breaks) but if you held 5% of the company and employed this reduces to 10%.
Then god forbid you die with the excitement the Tax Man is off with a further 40% Inheritance Tax.
And my ex wife will be wanting 1/2 ............ nothing left but all good fun.
