For everyone’s information.... a Uk company called Westrip sold the site to GGG ( not the owner of Tanbreeze as stated in a previous post ) for cash plus shares in a new Co to be floated on ASX . At the time , the fact that any mining on the site would involve Uranium was seen as mountain to hard to climb ! Westrip was private with limited funds and experience in this world and struggled with potential investors in the early days to generate interest in the potential of Greenland. Westrip also had an agreement with a company called Rimbal that had the Tanbreeze ( Tantalum. Niobium , REE ,Zirconium ) site registered in its name. Again , no investors for many reasons mainly to do with complicated ownership structures and untested markets for REEs and expensive mining and refining. Tanbreeze will always be part of the story in Greenland until GGG moves in to full development and becomes the Champion it’s now primed to become
