    Just wait til the loan is refinanced at a lower rate. If its under say 6% your looking at 15c in 1 day. ShanShan have the money to take it on. Could play out similar to what Galaxy done with Alita - take the debt on. So much risk yet so much reward if patient enough. Should see 9c+ by end of week based on these speculations.
