assumption sounds horrific.. if it was remotely true and you have lost 20% of your fleet that way, you would obviously have breath testing units added to all vehicles.. i assumed it was weather, polar bear attacks and adverse road conditions that caused damage to vehicles myself..

insurances on the vehicles would be in place, and they get replaced asap i would expect.. no detail is given.
