Well, that's the issue I mentioned with CR and ability to fend of vultures.
If you can't do a CR straight to instos or borrow funds = you have to do prospectus offers. Thus opening the door for someone like MIN to acquire blocking stake.
After that it's just the matter of purchasing debt/bonds from current creditors, at slight premium and:
You're in prime 'lend to own takeover' position.
