Just went and had a look at the KTD factory. From the outside it definitely looks finished and the reception, smoko room, offices etc do too. No idea if the actual canning rooms etc are finished though. Knocked on the door but not a soul to be seen either. In my opinion they are either waiting on some crucial parts for the factory or waiting on some kind of consent.
