If Allco deemed the price too low, it seems Allco are not "desperate" sellers, doesn't it?
If the banks thought Allco were a goner, would they not have insisted on Allco accepting the Cromwell offer? Remember, in June, the banks were in charge. The banks have now relinquished control until Sept 2009. Why would they do that if things were as grim as some journalists would have us believe?
