St Barbara has 696 million shares at a market cap of 2.2 billion. That makes the $3.18 share price. With options converted for BCN, number of shares would be around 3.36 billion (might be slightly off). BCN would have to have a market cap of $10.6 billion for a $3.18 sp. Looking forward to the future of the company, but it's apples and oranges as far as comparing share prices. As others have commented in the past, they have a lot of weight to haul around.
