I am leaning towards renting. The excess of what i save by not having morgage repayments i can continue putting into my growing(hopefully) share portfolio. I think that given another year i might be in a better position to take advantage of property investing. And maybe by then the sentiment of the perth property market may swing to a positive. If it doesnt change by then i was thinking of getting a cheepish(In relation to Perth) house in the Gippsland Valley as i personally believe there is some value to be had there in rentals alone. Any thoughts on that?
