"Yeah I reckon China will beat TGS to it, which is rather unfortunate"

    "I am a new shareholder"

Why are you a new shareholder if you think that TGS will not get their mining contracts??

As every day goes by, I am more confident about gaining the mining licences. There are so many external pressures on the DRC government to make these reviews transparent.

Tiger are pro-active in addressing social and environmental issues and continuing operations while other companies have halted.

And why would Tiger list on the TSX, do investor presentations all over the world, continue drilling, resource estimations, hire new staff, etc. if they thought it would all count for nil.

Even in the leaked document, it was still recommended that 65% of companies keep their licences. Combined with the facts that I've listed and the fact that the management team has a lot of experience with dealing in African nations, it is far more likely that the mining licences be granted, than not.
